If you need to file a return please contact us within the first 14 days after the delivery, we want to ease this process as much as possible for our customers.
We will issue refunds only eligible within our terms of privacy and for items which were damaged in transit and if we are unable to replace the item.
These refunds contain the same payment method you used to buy the items with.
Our customers will never be fined for returns. We can deny refunds till we either get the item or we get a delivery notice that you already shipped it.
